​On arrival please report to VOLUNTEER DESK in the main marquee to register 15 mins before for your volunteering shift.

Reminders
  1. Please arrive 15 minutes before your shift is due to start (and to pick up role-required equipment including HI VIZ jackets, please return after your shift).
  2. Those on Boating please bring wellies / crocs / suitable footwear as this role does require some wading.
  3. Read the Volunteer Info and Training Info at Registration if you need a reminder of roles. If unsure ask the on duty Volunteer Coordinator. 
  4. Please remember a sun hat, sun cream and refillable water bottle.
  5. Ask if you're unsure or need help. Committee members will be wearing 'Committee badges' to help you identify them.
  6. Please return all equipment at the end of your shift and sign out

Volunteer Catering
​Catering is in the Marquee at Sandy Lane, so please head directly there.
​If you have any problems with attending please text 07894353479 Adele as early as possible so that we can attempt to address any gaps.
